Built a branded online ordering system on their own website with Stripe checkout. Menu management they control themselves. Customer email capture with every order. Automated post-order follow-up for repeat business.

A popular local restaurant was paying 22-28% commissions to DoorDash and Grubhub on every delivery order. They had no direct customer relationship - the platforms owned all the order data and email addresses.
Outcome
Recovered an estimated $3,200/month in platform commissions within 90 days. Built a first-party customer list of 800+ emails. Direct orders now represent 40% of their total online volume.
