By engaging Tana Web Systems for web design or development services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Tana Web Systems provides custom website design, development, SEO, booking systems, automation, and related digital services for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in a written proposal before work begins.
Payment
Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final delivery. Monthly services are billed at the start of each month.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns all custom design and content created for their project. Open-source libraries and third-party tools remain subject to their respective licenses.
Limitations
Tana Web Systems is not liable for issues arising from third-party platform outages, hosting failures beyond our control, or client-provided content. We provide a 30-day post-launch support window for bug fixes on all projects.
